案位于望府大院別墅，隱于千年東海仙道文化靈秀福地、玉文化景區(qū)——仙姑頂，站位環(huán)翠區(qū)與景區(qū)交匯的城市樞紐，擁享威海市民中心玉帶環(huán)襟，仙道文化、玉文化等六重風水護佑，城市中心、景色之美，山海盡收眼底。

業(yè)主是位成功人士，追求簡單純粹的品質家居風格。而現(xiàn)代輕奢正是這樣一種簡單純粹、又自帶高級感的設計風格。不為走在前端、不為炫耀夸贊，即使在平淡如水的家居生活里，以不同材質、色彩與情感，為空間注入生活的美好與極具質感的生活感受。

客廳的空間線條和弧度時間彌漫著些許的溫柔，暖色調彌漫著優(yōu)雅的感覺，水晶吊燈、金屬點綴，增添空間的輕奢質感，在設計師的搭配下，繁而不雜，鮮活飽滿，細節(jié)之處盡顯優(yōu)雅。挑空的客廳成為空間之眼，光從上往下輕灑，白天欣賞日出，晚上欣賞月亮，好一派幸福的景象。

挑高的客廳搭配旋轉樓梯，輕奢、高級在這里展露無疑。

餐廳、茶室連成一個整體，利用天花板的造型進行分區(qū)，使得整理空間簡單大氣。

干練的平直線條、穩(wěn)重含蓄的色調，仿若這就是心靈的凈土“。不同空間之間的互動、交流，相互借景，讓整個室內更加溫馨、浪漫。

家是孩子幸福的港灣，也是親子促進關系的地方，鋼琴、積木、書、玩具…記錄孩子的奇思妙想，我們在這里看繪本、玩玩具、做游戲、彈琴，陪伴他們一起成長！

臥室的設計優(yōu)雅獨特、簡潔明快；衣帽間的設計很有特點，用玻璃當柜面，時尚度MAX。

下沉式的庭院有一個很浪漫的名字叫做花園層，它的設計不僅能有效的將陽光和新鮮空氣引入，還能成為了一個良好的庭院景觀。通過與地面產(chǎn)生的坡度差而獨具魅力，后花園的改造讓業(yè)主更加貼近自然，享受大自然帶來的樂趣。

The sunken courtyard has a romantic name called the garden floor, which is designed to not only efficiently bring in sunlight and fresh air, but also to make a good landscaped courtyard.
